At Frameshed, we love our products and hope that you do too!
If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please advise us immediately within 15 days of delivery so that we can rectify the error at no charge.
We do not offer refund if you simply change your mind. If it is not a Frameshed error and you still wish to return the product:
- If item is unopened, you will receive a refund less the cost of return freight
- If item is opened, there will be a 25% restocking fee plus the cost of return freight.
